Cut the beetroot in pieces
Boil the pieces for 5 minutes on high flame
After 5 minutes grind the pieces in a mixer jar and make a fine paste
Pour the paste into a jug
Add cold water and lemon juice
Roste cumin seeds in a pan when it cracks, off the gas and make a fine powder. Add the powder on the jug
Add black salt mix it well
Now add a cup of sugar mix untill the sugar dissolves
Pour the mixture into the glasses and add ice cubes as per required
At last add finely chopped coriander leaves. Serve chilled
